Technology Incubation Center (TIC) Initiatives :

Prior to founding TIC, Krish worked for technology luminaries like Zenith, ESPL, Ushacomm in various functional groups ranging from Marketing, Customer services, Project management, Product management and Business Operations.

Krish has worked as Sr. Project manager for large software solutions project such as Telecom Billing & Customer care solutions( for large Telecom operators) using J2EE technology , Web-Self care solutions, e-commerce projects, Business Activity Monitoring System using OLAP, BI and initiated several Software Process Improvement (SPI) based on Function Point Analysis, Metrics Maturity Model and involved in Evaluation and Implementation of Software Development Best Practices and Processes.

Krish helped define Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) processes and best practices strategies at Ushacomm (www.Ushacomm.com), which is a global Telecom Billing & Customer Care solutions company with 45 installations worldwide including Manitoba Telecom Services (www.mts.mb.ca) , Knology(www.Knology.net), Tango etc.

Krish has evaluated and implemented Software Development Life Cycle Management tools for geographically distributed teams. Krish has worked extensively on Function Point Analysis (FPA) and using FPA for CMM Quality system implementation and appraisals.He has published papers on " Product Assurance Program" for large software solutions. He is currently writing e-book on "Offshoring to develop better software"
